Talent Scout is a recruiting platform that connects companies with creative and marketing professionals in Latin America. We offer talent sourcing, vetting, and placement services through both embedded staffing and flat-fee recruiting models.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information via our forms
  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse any content, branding, or structure of the Site

3. Talent Submissions and Client Inquiries

By submitting information through any form on the Site—whether as a candidate or a hiring company—you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate, current, and your own
  • We may store, evaluate, and contact you based on your submission
  • Submission does not guarantee employment, representation, or any commercial relationship

Your use of the Site and submission of personal data are subject to our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and underlying code—is the intellectual property of Talent Scout, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent, except for limited personal and non-commercial use.

5. No Guarantees or Employment Commitments

Talent Scout does not guarantee job placement, hiring decisions, or employment outcomes for candidates. Hiring decisions are made solely by the companies we support. Talent Scout acts as a talent connector and does not serve as an employer or agent of any candidate unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talent Scout disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or reliance on any content provided. This includes third-party content or external links accessible through the Site.

7. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
